Reservations:

The request for "booking" is configured as a delayed taxi request mode, the search for a taxi available is made about 10 minutes before the time entered by the user. The user will then be required to pay the taxi driver, at the end of the race, the arrival and/or waiting time of the taxi driver. The user takes note that the arrival of a taxi to a given address and its punctuality at a given time in a mode "deferred call", cannot be guaranteed because, as with any other request for taxis, they depend on the availability of free taxi cars at that time and in that area.

Payment with POS:

The user has the right to pay the race by credit/debit card via POS, without surcharges compared to the cash payment.

Use of the meter:

Except in cases of pre-determined fare, the taxi driver must activate the meter, following the official tariffs provided by local regulations

Refusal of the race:

The driver cannot refuse a race without justified reason.

Complaint:

The user has the right to lodge complaints for any disservice, with the possibility to do so through the different channels made available by the Cooperative.

Commitments of the Cooperative for Users:

The Cooperative, in accordance with the cooperation shown with the relevant authorities, as well as further demonstration of its continued commitment to ensuring maximum consumer satisfaction, has undertaken to take the following measures for the benefit of its users:

  1. Introduction of additional communication channels for complaints via whatsapp and InTaxi apps, as well as via a sign to be placed on board the taxi (the latter subject to comparison with the competent authorities).
  2. Enrichment and extension of the visibility of the section dedicated to contact references and complaints on the website of the Cooperative.
  3. Strengthening internal procedures and task forces dedicated to users' complaints.
  4. Dissemination of awareness-raising initiatives for compliance with state, local and pact law aimed at both taxi drivers and users to inform consumers of their rights and how to use the taxi service.

Through the implementation of these measures, the Cooperative considers that the service offered can be more efficient and transparent, increasing the customer’s satisfaction and confidence in the Cooperative itself, which therefore translates into a concrete advantage for the consumer, offering simpler and more immediate tools to assert its rights and help improve the quality of the service, and ultimately also for the Cooperative itself and its reference market.
