INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data you provide through this form will only be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Primary Purpose (JURY BASIS: Consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR):
  2. Sending the promotional code "Black Friday GO!" to get a discount of € 5,00 on the next taxi ride;
  3. Management of the promotion "Black Friday GO!" valid from 27 November to 12 December 2025;
  4. Communications relating exclusively to this promotional initiative.
    1. Optional Purpose (JURY BASIS: Consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR):
  5. Sending commercial and promotional communications relating to the services offered by PRONTOTAXI 6645 (only if expressly authorized by consent).

3. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA TREATED

The personal data processed are: Name and email address.

Data belonging to particular categories referred to in art. 9 of the GDPR (e.g. health data, ethnic origins, religious beliefs, etc.) will not be processed.

4. DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD

I Your personal data will be stored:

  • For the promotional purpose "Black Friday GO!": exclusively for the promotion period, from 27 November to 12 December 2025, at the end of which will be definitively deleted from our systems, unless legally required.
  • In case of consent to commercial communications: until the withdrawal of consent or for a maximum period of 24 months from the last contact, unless legally required to retain it for longer periods.

5. METHOD OF TREATMENT

The processing of personal data is carried out with electronic and computer tools, in compliance with the security measures provided by the GDPR to ensure confidentiality and integrity of data.

6. COMMUNICATION AND DIFFERENCE OF DATA

I Your personal data will not be disseminated. For the purposes indicated above only, the following subjects may be communicated:

  • Authorised internal processing staff;
  • Suppliers of technical and IT services operating as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR;
  • Companies that manage email and newsletter systems;
  • Authorities and public bodies, for legal compliance.

7. TRANSFER OF EXTERNAL DATA

Personal data will not be transferred to non-EU third countries or international organisations.

8. NATURE OF CONFERENCE AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSE

The personal data requested in the form (name and email) is required to receive the promotional code "Black Friday GO!". Failure to provide an offer makes it impossible to join the promotion and receive the discount voucher. Consent to send commercial communications is optional and does not prejudice participation in the promotion.

9. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (art. 15 GDPR);
  • Obtain the correction of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data (art. 16 GDPR);
  • Obtain the deletion of data (so-called "right to be forgotten") when the conditions of art. 17 GDPR are met;
  • Obtain the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR;
  • Oppose processing in the cases provided for by art. 21 GDPR;
  • Revocation of consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to revocation;
  • Receive in a structured, commonly used and readable format data about you and transmit it to another holder (so-called "right to portability") pursuant to art. 20 GDPR;
  • To lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

10. CONSENT TO TREATMENT

  • Agree to the processing of my personal data (name and email) for the purpose of participating in the promotion "Black Friday GO!" and to receive the discount code, with the knowledge that such data will be stored exclusively for the promotional period from 27 November to 12 December 2025 and subsequently deleted.
